Our product range includes aqueous dispersions of all of the commonly
used types of rubber accelerator: Dithiocarbamates, Thiurams and Thiazoles.
We have also more recently introduced a range of specialist products which
are becoming increasingly popular due to health and environmental concerns.
| 50% ZDEC | Dispersion of Zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate (ZDEC) | Fast, low temperature curing accelerator. | |
| 50% ZDBC | Dispersion of Zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate (ZDBC) | Slightly slower than ZDEC in activity. Recommended for use in translucent articles. | |
| 50% ZDMC | Z Dispersion of Zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate (ZDMC) | Similar to ZDEC but slower curing. | |
| 40% ZBEC | Dispersion of Zinc dibenzyl dithiocarbamate (ZBED) | High purity, low nitrosamine producing accelerator. Replacement for ZDEC in specialist applications, e.g. babies teats, medical products, GUT label carpets. |
|
| 50% DPTT | Dispersion of Dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulphide (DPTT) | For low sulphur or sulphurless cures, giving excellent heat ageing. | |
| 50% TMTD | Dispersion of Tetramethyl thiuram disulphide (TMTD) | For low sulphur cures giving good heat resistance. | |
| 50% TETD | Dispersion of Tetraethyl thiuram disulphide (TETD) | Similar to TMTD but safer processing and less blooming. | |
| 50% ZMBT | Dispersion of Zinc mercaptobenzothiazole | Fast accelerator which is commonly used to boost dithiocarbamates. | |
| 50% MBT | Dispersion of Mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) | Similar to ZMBT but slightly faster curing. | |
| 33% DPTU | Dispersion of Diphenylthiourea (DPTU). Also known as Thiocarbanilide. |
Accelerator especially for polychloroprene. It can be used alone or boosted by DPG.
| 40% DPG | Dispersion of Diphenylguanidine (DPG) | Used in conjunction with other accelerators in the production of latex foam. Activator for DPTU. | |
| 33% Arbestab Z |
Dispersion of Zinc diisononyl dithiocarbamate (ZID) | Fast-curing, low-nitrosamine producing accelerator.
| 60% Aquaccel 10 | Diisopropyl xanthogen polysulphide | Nitrosamine-free producing liquid accelerator. | |
| 50% BMI-H | Dispersion of N,N’-(4,4’-diphenylmethane) bismaleimide | Used in the curing of unsaturated elastomers for high temperature use. | |
